This was a special request for one of our clients. We did a replica of their wedding cake in ICE! It was used to keep the Shrimp Cocktail chilled to just the right tempurature.

Everyone raved about it!

I had one friend/groomsmen tell me I was lying when I said I didn’t spend 50.00 a plate
I was wondering if anybody in your group picked up our “T” and “J” stakes, they were set up at the end of the chairs for the ceremony. I’ve been hunting them down and so far no one in the family has them.

Thank for everything! I had a wonderful time and LOVED the food (and cake)! I have attached a picture my grandpa took, makes me laugh. (Hope it worked..)

It was a pleasure working with you this past week end. Your staff was extremely helpful and we enjoyed working with them as well. Obviously, the bridal couple was very pleased! I want to take a minute and thank you both for the great work on our wedding. So many people came up to us and said it was the “best wedding food ever” or in the case of the cake, “the moistest carrot cake they’d ever had in their lives”. I was really kicking myself for not grabbing both chicken and beef when I was in line…but I stole some of Jason’s. Our vegetarian crowd was really happy and impressed. Everything from your end turned out great. I also appreciate your collaboration with KRC…I know it was kind of a pain, but the only way I could afford the beautiful wedding I got. The cake looked beautiful and believe me, I noticed the florals on the buffet table too. It was perfect. The only time I had wedding food that compared was at our Black Tie affair at the Bellagio. The only vendor I need to kill is the table people…responsible for what I like to call the “Great Table Debacle of 2005″.

I just wanted to write to thank you for all your hard work on our wedding. I heard raves all night long about the delicious food. I barely had time to taste it myself, but everyone I spoke to enjoyed how unusual the menu was, and how delicious the food itself was. I could see people having a great time with all the dipping sauces and the chopsticks (a wonderful touch!) and the lettuce wrap station. Thank you for all the time you spent talking with me about the menu and the whole reception concept. I know there were some technical difficulties at the museum on the day of the reception that made a lot of your job much harder, but I appreciate your professionalism in getting the job done and making it a truly great party! The cake was delicious – everybody loved the cupcakes and there was much debate about which was the best flavor. I vote for the red velvet with white chocolate icing. Please know that I will happily recommend you both in the future.

I just wanted to thank you for all your hard work June 3. The food was absolutely amazing! Everything went smoothly (as far as I knew anyway) and I was happy with everything. I loved the punch containers, they worked out really well. I also appreciate that you cut the cake for us. That really helped us out a lot.

My mom and I are very grateful for your willingness to work with us on the budget, too. Most vendors would not be so quick to offer up ways to save their clients money, and we appreciate that. You came highly recommended, and definitely did not disappoint. As you said before, word of mouth is very important and I will let others know how happy I was with everything you and your team did.

We want you to know how much we appreciate the wonderful job you did providing the cakes and catering for our wedding. Everyone agreed that the food was fabulous! I especially enjoyed the assorted canapés, which were presented beautifully and just as delicious. Those who were lucky enough to get a piece of the chocolate explosion groom’s cake with the chocolate dipped strawberries on top raved about it! The groom’s cake was gone in a flash! The wedding cake was equally delicious. The sour cream white cake was so rich! Both cakes were as lovely as they were delicious, but the wedding cake was especially beautiful with its simplistic elegance. Thank you so much for all of your hard work, which helped make our day so special!
