I want to take a minute and thank you both for the great work on our wedding. So many people came up to us and said it was the “best wedding food ever” or in the case of the cake, “the moistest carrot cake they’d ever had in their lives”. I was really kicking myself for not grabbing both chicken and beef when I was in line…but I stole some of Jason’s. Our vegetarian crowd was really happy and impressed. Everything from your end turned out great. I also appreciate your collaboration with KRC…I know it was kind of a pain, but the only way I could afford the beautiful wedding I got. The cake looked beautiful and believe me, I noticed the florals on the buffet table too. It was perfect. The only time I had wedding food that compared was at our Black Tie affair at the Bellagio. The only vendor I need to kill is the table people…responsible for what I like to call the “Great Table Debacle of 2005″.
